This includes managing and overseeing the firm's Transit and Rail Practice Leadership Team, providing strategic business development, managing commitments on major transit assignments, and coordinating transit and rail systems and maintenance facilities activities.
Michael T. McNamara, P.E.

Michael has extensive experience in the design, construction, and maintenance of railroads and transit systems. He specializes in train control, traction power, and communications systems for rail transportation.

Craig has extensive technical and management experience in all phases of program development for signal/train control systems, including preliminary engineering, final design and specification development, construction management, and start-up.

Vice President/Track Director
Richard is responsible for railroad, transit, facility and rail yard design; land surveying; right-of-way plans; stormwater management; and utilities. He supervises diverse design teams including civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and geotechnical engineers.
Terry A. Shantz, P.E.
Vice President and Director of Electric Traction
Terry leads the Catenary Design and Substation Design Sections in the Valley Forge, New York City, Philadelphia, and Pittsburgh offices. He is responsible for project management, technical reviews, quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) reviews, studies, detail design, cost estimates, and specifications.
