As president of GFT&RS, Ray is responsible for providing strategic business development and teaming agreements, managing commitments on major transit assignments, and coordinating transit and rail systems activities and expansion opportunities.

Michael T. McNamara, P.E.
Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer

Michael has extensive experience in the design, construction, and maintenance of railroads and transit systems. He specializes in train control, traction power, and communications systems for rail transportation.

Craig D. Jones
Senior Vice President/Director of Signal/Communications

Craig has extensive technical and management experience in all phases of program development for signal/train control systems, including preliminary engineering, final design and specification development, construction management, and start-up.

Richard Cross, IV, P.E.
Vice President/Track Director

Richard is responsible for railroad, transit, facility and rail yard design; land surveying; right-of-way plans; stormwater management; and utilities. He supervises diverse design teams including civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and geotechnical engineers.

Terry A. Shantz, P.E.
Vice President and Director of Electric Traction

Terry leads the Catenary Design and Substation Design Sections in the Valley Forge, New York City, Philadelphia, and Pittsburgh offices. He is responsible for project management, technical reviews, quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) reviews, studies, detail design, cost estimates, and specifications.

John Samean
Vice President/Manager, Signal Design

John manages all railway signal design staff in all offices for commuter rail, light rail, high speed rail, and highway crossing projects.

Charles Lynch, P.E.
Vice President and Southern Operations Manager

Charlie manages our freight railroad business lines for both track and signals in our Jacksonville office.
